The downstairs entry leads into one of the two living room areas, along with one bedroom offering a queen size bed, small kitchenette area, and TV on the bottom floor.
The upstairs opens to the main floor with a large, open living space with TV, kitchen, full bathroom and built-in laundry. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed. There is one additional bedroom with matching twin beds as well. The porch on the upper level offers seating for up to 8 people, and a separate private breakfast nook off the master suite.

Check out is 10:30 AM or any time prior. Early check out will not result in refund or adjustment. Late departures will result in loss of security deposit. Please check out in person or text us at (802) 265-3690. The timestamp on the text will be used as your check out date and time.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for
cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
