Get ready for five days of classic fair fun as the Vermont State Fair returns to Rutland from Tuesday, August 18, through Saturday, August 22. Held at the Vermont State Fairgrounds on South Main Street, this annual tradition has been bringing together agriculture, entertainment, food, and family fun for generations, making it one of Vermont's most anticipated summer events.
The Vermont State Fair has been celebrating Vermont's agricultural heritage for nearly 180 years. What began as a one-day agricultural exhibition has grown into one of the state's premier annual events, featuring livestock exhibits, agricultural competitions, local crafts, demonstrations, and entertainment for visitors of all ages.
